Another mice killer method are snap traps. These are the more common spring loaded traps that snap shut shattering the mouse's back and killing it. They are effective traps, but also must not be put into use around family pets or younger children. People find peanut butter works best as a bait and these are very easy to use. The main problem is you will have to touch the mouse to dispose of it and to reset the trap.
